 背景介紹

巨細(xì)胞病毒(CMV)感染是術(shù)后一種常見(jiàn)的并發(fā)癥，也是術(shù)后早期主要的感染和死亡原因。據(jù)報(bào)道，CMV活動(dòng)性感染率在腎移植受者中為50-75%，其中有10-30%的患者發(fā)展為有癥狀的CMV活動(dòng)性感染。人外周血CMV pp65的檢測(cè)可以幫助診斷急性或復(fù)發(fā)性CMV感染，荷蘭IQ 公司研發(fā)的CMV Brite Turbo Kit能在EDTA或肝素化的抗凝人外周血中，以免疫熒光的方法快速檢測(cè)CMV pp65,在病人中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。

試劑盒特點(diǎn)

- 完整的CMV Brite Turbo Kit含有從細(xì)胞分離到免疫熒光染色所需的全部試劑

- 試劑盒采用CMV pp65特異性單克隆抗體混合物。抗體C10/C11是pp65的高特異性抗體，很多文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道

- 通過(guò)間接免疫熒光法檢測(cè)CMV pp65陽(yáng)性 PMNs, 靈敏度高，且結(jié)果易讀

- 對(duì)CMV pp65陽(yáng)性細(xì)胞進(jìn)行計(jì)數(shù)，包括對(duì)照玻片。每張片子上含有一個(gè)陰性和一個(gè)陽(yáng)性對(duì)照點(diǎn)。陽(yáng)性對(duì)照點(diǎn)是正常血白細(xì)胞和pp65轉(zhuǎn)染細(xì)胞的混合物
